Massive Malamute Bonds With New Puppy Sibling After a Chaotic First Meeting That Melts Hearts

Massive Malamute Bonds

It can be hard to get two dogs to meet for the first time. When older dogs first meet young puppies, they may not want to be around them. Young puppies can be scared of their much bigger, older dog siblings.

But even if things don’t go well at first, older and younger dogs can still form strong bonds that lead to a beautiful, satisfying friendship for both of them. That was definitely true for June Bug and Tilly, two Alaskan Malamutes. Even though their first meeting wasn’t like something out of a great children’s picture book, they ended up with a very sweet, cute bond.

June Bug screamed like her life was in danger when she first met this big, fluffy dog. She had no idea who it was. What were they looking at? What did they want? What was going to happen to her? June Bug cried and cried until her mom, who was a person, pulled them apart. But just because things started out that way between June Bug and Tilly doesn’t mean they stayed that way.

June Bug and Tilly became like two peas in a pod after they got to know each other better. They would walk around the yard together, eat together, take naps together, and play together, of course. It’s especially cute to see June Bug and Tilly play together. June Bug will run and jump on her big dog sister and crawl all over her like she’s a jungle gym. LOL. These two are clearly living their best lives together now, even though things didn’t start out well between them.

A lot of people on social media really liked June Bug and Tilly’s relationship, how they acted like siblings, and the trouble they got into. Some viewers said they had gone through something similar with their own dogs: “It takes time; I’m glad they’re adjusting well. It took mine three months when we rescued our second pup.” They are now best friends.

Some people on social media joked at first about how dramatic June Bug was: “Made quite an entrance at the beginning, LOL.” Some people also commented on how beautiful it was for her and Tilly to get along later on: “That first howling was so dramatic, and now look at them.” They can’t be separated! They look so cute together.
